Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy allows you to request an exchange within 7 days after receiving your item.  After this period, no exchange, but you may receive a store credit.

Q: What are the conditions for a return?

A: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

A: To start an exchange, please use our returns portal here. You will be redirected to a portal to make your return. 

Q: Where should I send my exchange?

A: By using our returns portal, you will automatically be given a return shipping label. 

Q: Who is responsible for the shipping cost of an exchange?

A: If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping it back to the store and covering the associated shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to process a return?

A: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. The processing time may vary, but we strive to process returns as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I return a final sale item?

A: Unfortunately, final sale items are not eligible for exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review the product details and sizing information before making a purchase.

 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

A: We strive to process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations or modifications once the order has been placed. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you offer international returns?

A: At the moment, we only offer returns within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
